Frequently asked questions

Are your tents waterproof?

Canvas tents themselves are not waterproof BUT all our bell tents are treated with a waterproofing agents to the canvas tent to ensure it is watertight. Likle all canvas tents however, if anything is leaning on the tent whils it is raining it will create a weakspot in the cavas for water to penetrate through.

Can I just book the tent for 1 night?

If you are booking an event with us, we charge per stay rather than per night due to the travel, transport of stock and labour involved. for weekend events we generally pitch the tents on a Thursday or Friday and pack down on the Monday. All guests are welcome to stay the entire time if they wish.

Do I need to manage my campground fees and booking for a weekend glamping adventure?

Yes you will need to book your campground fees directly with the campground. We can Manage your campground fees for Cattai, Euroka and Bents Basin National parks for an additional fee.

Our 5 metre twin door bell tents require 8.5 x 8.5 metres of flat grassed area, each tent usually requires 36 pegs into the ground to secure the tent. Our 6 metre twin bell tents require 9.5 x 8 metres of flat grassed area to pitch.
